The Treasurers work to create the holistic budget for the Fashion Show in the fall semester. Each director team discusses a budget with each committee and calculates their for the semester. During the spring semester, the Treasurers communicate with the directors and committee members to schedule times to purchase items needed for the show. Most of their time is spent going shopping with the directors when they need to purchase items.

The Directors continuously update the budget with purchases they make and work to keep the directors within their budget to ensure they keep the expenses for the show at a reasonable amount. Any money received, the treasurers collect and deposit into our account. They work closely with a majority of the director teams, our advisor, Sarah Bennett-George, and the Producers to ensure everything is ordered on time for the events leading up to The Fashion Show.
